Steamboat Fit is looking for a passionate, certified coach to join our team as a Beast Class Instructor!
We’re seeking an energetic and experienced coach who holds a CrossFit Level 1 or higher certification and thrives in a team-driven, community-focused environment.

About the Class:
Beast is a 60-minute functional fitness class that includes skill or strength work followed by a high-intensity metcon. The workout is designed to improve endurance, stamina, strength, power, and agility—utilizing a dynamic mix of cardio and lifting movements including running, rowing, biking, jump rope, gymnastics, and weightlifting.

What We’re Looking For:

CrossFit Level 1 (L1) or higher certification required
-
Experience coaching or participating in functional fitness / CrossFit-style classes
-
Ability to motivate and coach a wide range of fitness levels

Strong communication skills and a positive team player

Sales Manager – Steamboat Fit
Steamboat Fit is a growing, community-focused fitness studio with two thriving locations. We’re looking for a motivated and organized Sales Manager to lead our membership sales and sales associate team.

What You’ll Do:

Drive new membership sales, renewals, and upsells.

Lead, train, and support the sales associate team.
-
Manage leads and track progress using our CRM (Momence).
-
Set and achieve monthly sales goals with ownership.

Support front desk operations and member onboarding when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience (fitness/wellness industry preferred).

Team leadership or management background a plus.
-
Strong communication and customer service skills.
-
Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.

Comfortable with technology and multi-tasking.
