First Time: virtual class
What to Expect
When you are ready to attend the class virtually, please login to zoom through the email you were sent. as soon as the instructor opens up the zoom class, you will be able to access it!
When signing up for a virtual class (via zoom) make sure to sign-up for the
class with the title "virtual" in it. This will ensure you are signed up for the correct class!
You will receive an email the evening before the class (if you signed up in advance) that will provide you with the zoom link so that you can access the class. If you sign-up for a class the day of it, you will receive a link a few minutes after signing up!
Don't see an email from us? Please check your "junk" email folder. Oftentimes, the first email will end up in your junk folder.
Once you login to the zoom class, please make sure to mute yourself on zoom. This will ensure that the rest of the virtual participants can only hear and see the instructor.
Set-up your home computer/tv/iPad on a surface that is at eye level. This will help you maintain good form throughout the class, rather than looking down at a screen the whole time.
Our instructors will engage with you as much as they can. Instructors can see you during the workout and will often provide tips on form and encourage you during a sweat session!
We are dealing with technology, so please bare with us as we work to provide you with the best virtual experience we can! We work to fix glitches as quickly as we can if/when they arise!
