Ashley is a personal trainer at Steamboat Fit who specializes in teaching women how to lift heavy, build muscle, and feel amazing in their bodies. After years of her own experience of working out and not seeing the results she wanted, Ashley enlisted an expert coach and discovered the power of evidence-based training and nutrition. She transformed her body composition, gained strength, and left behind the insecurities that once held her back. Now, Ashley is passionate about helping other women feel strong, sexy, and unstoppable—showing them how to create a lifestyle that supports their goals and maintains their results for life.

What’s Included in the 12-Week Program:

 

  •  1:1 Weekly Coaching: Meet with your personal coach, Ashley Lowe, for 25-minute sessions (in-person or virtual) to track progress and adjust your plan.

  • Macro Tracking & Meal Planning: Get personalized nutrition guidance using the MacroStax platform, with recipes and easy-to-follow plans tailored to your lifestyle.

  • Body Composition Scans: Measure your progress with an initial scan and a follow-up at the 12-week mark.

  • Lifestyle & Habit Guidance: Learn strategies for eating out, handling food cravings, and overcoming daily challenges.
