Chris Voyvodic is a Certified Personal Trainer with the CHEK Institute, which offers a systemic and holistic approach to health and wellness. Chris is committed to helping his clients build a strong foundation, which then allows them to build the strength and endurance needed to live your life to its fullest potential. He will work with you to ensure that you are moving correctly, efficiently and with proper form. He will guide you to through various exercises, which replicate movement patterns you use in your daily life, help you grow stronger, improve balance, and gain the confidence you need to conquer your day. Chris is extremely skilled in working clients who are recovering from injury, and has helped many clients improve strength, muscular endurance, range of motion, and increased mobility following injury.
