Joe McCuine
"We do not admire the man of timid peace. We admire those who embody victorious effort; those who never wrong their neighbor, who is prompt to help a friend, but who has those virile qualities necessary to win in the stern strife of actual life. It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed."
Personal training with joe
Joe grew up in Massachusetts and attended college in New Hampshire where he began his professional health experience at University of New Hampshire as an Athletic Training student. Throughout his young life, he spent most of his time outside, exploring the woods and wildlife of the White Mountains and Cape Cod, snowboarding across New England, and playing football. Towards the end of high school, injuries made it impossible to pursue football so he turned his focus to studying rehabilitation for athletes.
At University of New Hampshire, Joe studied Athletic training and worked with various D1 sports teams including football, men's soccer, and women's basketball. Over the next 4 years, Joe gained experience in the evaluation, rehabilitation, and training of D1 athletes clocking in 900+ clinical hours. He spent his summers working at training facilities like TB12 Foxboro where he worked with a variety of clients of all ages and health levels. After college, Joe worked as a part time personal trainer to 20+ individuals, both in person and remote, to help attain their health goals.
As an ex-athlete who endured 5 major surgeries and rehab programs himself, Joe is heartfelt about helping others reach a full and active life.
