Owner and Chief Health Officer, Rebecca Williams is passionate about building community, helping clients reach their personal goals, and providing a safe space for clients to prosper in their fitness journey. Rebecca has been in the fitness industry for 10+ years, where she has worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
Having overcome her own physical challenges, Rebecca learned the importance of strengthening her entire body to prevent injury. She believes strongly in listening to your body and working with the body you were given! She has recently shifted her personal training focus to working with clients who are dealing with injury, health issues, or focused on losing weight. In 2022, she became a Cancer Exercise Specialist, which has equipped her the knowledge to work with client’s who are currently in treatment or recovering from cancer treatment. One of her main goals is help client’s improve their quality of life so they can do all of the things they love to do!
Unlike many in the industry, Rebecca did not find a sport she excelled at during her youth. She participated in a variety of sports, but always struggled to find a way to be active that brought her joy. When she discovered group fitness classes, her life was quickly changed. She fell in love with classes, working out, staying healthy, and the opportunity to challenge herself. Rebecca quickly realized how important exercise was for her mental health and found fitness to be an extremely healthy outlet. She looks forward to helping you reach all of your personal goals so that you can reap the amazing benefits that come with staying active and healthy!
