Rebecca Williams
Owner and Founder of Steamboat Fit, Rebecca strives to share her love and passion for fitness with her community. Rebecca has been in the fitness industry for 10+ years and teaching classes is one of her greatest joys in life. She believes that fitness should be fun and accessible to all. She's always working to help everyone feel welcome in her classes- regardless of activity level, shape or size! As a mother of two, she knows how challenging it can be to make time to exercise! She is committed to helping members establish a routine, find classes they love, and stay committed to their goals!

Becky Kuhl
Becky has been a fitness professional for 5 years and feels like she is right where she should be in life. She believes that once an individual decides they want to add fitness into their life they will be pleasantly surprised that not only will they gain strength in body but also in mind. Everything that we do to become fit, translates into real life. Becky loves connecting with people and being able to teach them to be strong, confident, empowered, and capable humans.


Heather Biglow
Heather started teaching group fitness when she realized how dynamic and uplifting a group class can be. Having a supportive and motivating environment yields big results! She is always inclusive of everyone in class and is a modification superstar! Her goal is for everyone who leaves her class to feel great, have a smile on their face, and feel like they had an amazing workout.
You might find her on the mountain with her 3 rippers or running the trails of Steamboat. She can also be seen frequently working with one of the local youth sports teams on their conditioning and biomechanics. She has been an ACE certified personal trainer for 17 years and a former professional Track and Field athlete.

Reall Regan
A Steamboat resident for over 14 years, outdoor fitness and community involvement are two of Reall's biggest passions. Reall is an avid trail runner, road & mountain biker, triathlete, and mountaineer, enjoying the outdoors and fitness to the fullest. Reall has obtained specialty certifications in Fitness Nutrition, Core Conditioning, and Functional Training.

Reall is also a Certified Professional NLP-Integrated Master Life Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. Reall is the founder of Rise Lead Well Coaching, a safe & non-judgmental resource aimed to support you in overcoming pervasive negative thoughts and emotions that prevent you from living to your true potential, both in your work and in your personal life.

Becca Gray
Becca began practicing Pilates in 2000 after a bad ski accident. After college she decided to pursue a career in helping others feel better in their bodies; she graduated Pilates training in 2008 and has been teaching ever since. In 2016, she became a health coach and a yoga instructor in 2018. Becca's passion is health and wellness so everyone she works with can live their best life!




Sarah Coleman
You can't say Sarah Coleman without thinking burpees! Sarah is a wellness and recovery coach at Foundry Steamboat, a personal trainer, a CrossFitter, a food connoisseur at Bitchin Kitchin, and an outdoor enthusiast everywhere. She will help make all your fitness dreams a reality as she walks beside you on your wellness journey. We are better together! :)
Brooke Benton
Brooke comes to us with extensive background in Pilates and fitness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dance/Kinesiology, and continually seeks greater educational opportunities. Brooke is a Master Trainer and Certifying Instructor through The Center for Women’s Fitness and is certified in the Pink Ribbon Program, where she became a Breast Cancer Recovery Specialist. In addition, she has is trained as a pre/post natal specialist.

Traci Hiatt
Traci moved to the Yampa Valley over 16 years ago, and rediscovered her love for movement, dance and fitness. Prior to getting back into dance and fitness, which were passions of Traci's from a young age, she fell into an unhealthy lifestyle and some unhealthy habits which caused her to gain weight and for herself esteem to plummet. She believes that finding the simple joy of movement and dance saved her life.

Carrie Stark
Carrie grew up in Golden, CO where she participated in all things action sports! Her main passion, Snowboarding eventually led her to find her first CrossFit class, over 10 years ago! Carrie immediately fell in love with the results but stayed for the community and family she found at her CrossFit gym. She’s been coaching CrossFit for 5+ years and has also taught pre-natal and postpartum classes for Moms. These classes focused on healing, moving, and education before and after the baby arrives. Carrie is Mom to two beautiful kids! When she isn’t chasing her kids around you can find her chasing pow, fly fishing, or anything else that gets her outdoors!

Shari Fryer
I absolutely love Zumba and have been enjoying this fun form of fitness for the past 7 years. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party. It really is fitness in disguise! I am licensed to teach Zumba. Come join me, I guarantee you will have a blast! No experience is required and we cater to all levels of ability and fitness. Zumba is for everyone. Emily Schweitzer
Emily is a Certified Personal Trainer, whose main goal is to help her clients achieve their goals by providing them with a space where they feel comfortable, challenged, and supported. You will often find Emily participating in fitness classes, which is where her desire and passion to teach classes originated. In addition to teaching fitness classes and training clients, Emily is also the Front Desk Manager at Steamboat Fit. During her time at the Front Desk, Emily has had the opportunity to learn and work with many talented and experienced trainers. Emily has previously worked as a Soccer Coach, Ski Coach, and has extensive experience working with individuals with special needs. She received her degree in Therapeutic Recreation, where she learned how to incorporate recreation and fitness to help clients feel stronger, healthier, and empowered.
