Owner and Chief Health Officer, Rebecca is passionate about building community and helping individuals reach their health goals Rebecca teaches a variety of classes and loves to work 1:1 with clients while personal training. She loves to create custom workouts tailored to meet your individual goals.
Becky has been a fitness professional for 5 years and feels like she is right where she should be in life. She believes that once an individual decides they want to add fitness into their life they will be pleasantly surprised that not only will they gain strength in body but also in mind. Everything that we do to become fit, translates into real life. Becky loves connecting with people and being able to teach them to be strong, confident, empowered, and capable humans.
Jessica was born and raised in Steamboat Springs. She is an avid nordic skier, golfer, hiker, and dressage rider. She enjoys regular workouts in and out of the gym. Resistance training has helped her dramatically improve her performance in activities outside of the gym. She wants to help others become more functional, balanced, strong, and confident in their own endeavors.
Erin Kreis is an art teacher with a passion for fitness and everything outdoors. She is a Certified YogaSculpt, Barre, LesMills BodyCombat and LesMills BodyPump Instructor. She is enthusiastic, fun and energetic. She believes that a strong body sustains a strong mind.
Jamie previously worked as a nurse and her love of health and passion for fitness landed her at Steamboat Fit. She is a lover of all things outdoors, strength training, barre, and is passionate about helping others in their fitness journey. During her free time you will find her volunteering in her children’s classrooms, sipping coffee by the fireplace at Starbucks, and getting outdoors with her girlfriends. Jaime is a certified personal trainer, barre instructor, and BodyPump instructor!
I absolutely love Zumba and have been enjoying this fun form of fitness for the past 7 years. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party. It really is fitness in disguise! Jacqueline is a long time wellness enthusiast and mother of five. She is a certified yoga sculpt and Les Mills Bodypump instructor. Jacqueline believes that motherhood is just one of the many journeys upon which women can embark and that the female identity is not defined by this one beautiful role. She believes all women can be stronger and more radiant than they ever imagined after childbirth, no surgery or mommy makeover required.
Jacqueline has a keen interest in and expansive knowledge of primal health, which is health and nutrition founded in evolutionary biology. Ultimately, she believes fitness, nutrition, and connection to nature are paramount to elevating the spirit. Her classes reflect this philosophy with a mix of strength and power balanced with kindness.
A Steamboat resident for over 14 years, outdoor fitness and community involvement are two of Reall's biggest passions. Reall is an avid trail runner, road & mountain biker, triathlete, and mountaineer, enjoying the outdoors and fitness to the fullest. Reall has obtained specialty certifications in Fitness Nutrition, Core Conditioning, and Functional Training.
Outside of fitness, Reall works full time as a real estate broker with The Metzler Team at Colorado Group Realty. Reall is the founder/creator of Rise Steamboat, former Board Member with Bike Town USA, Senior Partner with Partners in Routt County, and is actively involved with the Steamboat Christian Center.
Becca began practicing Pilates in 2000 after a bad ski accident. After college she decided to pursue a career in helping others feel better in their bodies; she graduated Pilates training in 2008 and has been teaching ever since. In 2016, she became a health coach and a yoga instructor in 2018. Becca's passion is health and wellness so everyone she works with can live their best life!
Jean Labaree has extensive experience instructing pilates and fitness classes. Her knowledge, experience, and love for fitness and core strength shines in each one of her classes.
Jodi has an extensive background in teaching group fitness classes. Jodi's passion for Zumba shines in every class she teaches. Her classes are full of energy, dancing, and having fun.
Georgia is a teacher in town and her love of barre has led her to teach at Mountain Fit. She is passionate about fitness and loves the strength and stability barre focuses on. In her free time she loves to trail run, splitboard, snowboard on the mt, go on river trips, and read a good book. She is excited to be a member of the Mountain Fit Family!
Erin grew up in her local YMCA in Norfolk, Nebraska and started teaching Water Aerobics in while she was in high school to folks older than her grandparents. In college she followed her passion for fitness getting certified in Cycling, Yoga, and Pilates. After graduating college, Erin continued in fitness doing corporate wellness in companies around Omaha, Nebraska while pursuing a Masters Degree in Creative Writing in a low-residency program in Los Angeles, California. During and after that time she got her personal training certification and managed a gym in Omaha for 8 years before moving to Steamboat in late 2018. Erin has over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry and her passions include endurance training, weight training, writing, and coaching youth slam poetry.
Traci moved to the Yampa Valley over 16 years ago, and rediscovered her love for movement, dance and fitness. Prior to getting back into dance and fitness, which were passions of Traci's from a young age, she fell into an unhealthy lifestyle and some unhealthy habits which caused her to gain weight and for her self esteem to plummet. She believes that finding the simple joy of movement and dance saved her life. She can relate to those who struggle, and she revels in watching them overcome the physical and mental obstacles that could otherwise be holding them back from living their best lives. Every day is a gift, and she is grateful for the ability to share her passion with her classes. Traci is certified in Barre, BodyPump and MixxedFit, and she loves sharing her energy and passion her my classes. She is so inspired by watching others become stronger both mentally and physically, and to be a part of their journeys in achieving their goals and striving to be the best version of themselves.
You can't say Sarah Coleman without thinking burpees! Sarah is a wellness and recovery coach at Foundry Steamboat, a personal trainer, a CrossFitter, a food connoisseur at Bitchin Kitchin, and an outdoor enthusiast everywhere. She will help make all your fitness dreams a reality as she walks beside you on your wellness journey. We are better together! :)
Carrie grew up in Golden, CO where she participated in all things action sports! Her main passion, Snowboarding eventually led her to find her first CrossFit class, over 10 years ago! Carrie immediately fell in love with the results but stayed for the community and family she found at her CrossFit gym. She’s been coaching CrossFit for 5+ years and has also taught pre-natal and postpartum classes for Moms. These classes focused on healing, moving, and education before and after the baby arrives. Carrie is Mom to two beautiful kids! When she isn’t chasing her kids around you can find her chasing pow, fly fishing, or anything else that gets her outdoors!
Pam Eppard is a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and is trained in mat pilates and on the pilates reformer machines! Pam is certified in mat pilates, reformer pilates, LesMills BodyFlow.
