Our Introductory Offers are available to Steamboat Springs local residents only and are designed to help you get started with our community and services. If you are visiting the area, please view our Visitor Membership options for the best fit.
priority booking
Priority booking is included with all annual (1 Year) memberships, giving you early access to secure your spot in high-demand classes. For Reformer Pilates, 12-month members can book up to 2 weeks in advance, while punch card and 3-month members have a 1-week booking window.
cancellation policy
Reformer Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can only be done through the Steamboat Fit App or directly with the front desk team. We require 12 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations made to Pilates Reformer Classes and 24 hours' for private/duet sessions. You will be deducted a class from your punch card for changes made after the allotted time period. Late cancels made on Unlimited Monthly Packages will result in a fee of $25.00.
Waitlist Procedures:
You will receive a text message alert informing you of your spot in the class. You'll then have a 30-minute window to confirm your attendance, or else you'll forfeit your place in line for the class.
When you receive a text message informing you that you got a spot in class, please make sure to confirm or remove yourself from the class list.
If you've joined the waitlist but can't make it to the class, kindly take yourself off the waitlist. This ensures that others on the waitlist can secure a spot in the class.
