Sarah brings 15+ years of expertise, knowledge, and FUN to your fitness journey. Specializing in functional movement, endurance training, weight lifting, and CrossFit, she will make you feel like part of the community from the moment you walk in the door. Through functional movement you will be better prepared + less likely for injury for the things you enjoy doing OUTSIDE the gym. Bright, energetic, + compassionate, Sarah believes in YOU. She will hold you accountable through connection and burpees!
