Speed & Agility Running Series with Ellie Kitchin
Get ready to move fast and build explosive power! Our second youth series, led by Ellie Kitchin, focuses on speed and agility training to help young athletes boost their performance on the field, track, or court. With drills designed to improve quickness, coordination, and confidence, this small group training is the perfect way to stay active and get prepped for fall sports. Spots are limited—secure your place today!

Meet Ellie Kitchin
Ellie Kitchin is a certified personal trainer, collegiate runner, and lifelong athlete with a passion for movement and mentorship. With years of experience coaching track and field camps and working with youth, Ellie brings energy, expertise, and encouragement to every session.
This summer, she’s leading two Speed & Agility Lab series at Steamboat Fit West:
🏃♂️ A coed group for athletes entering 7th–12th grade
💪 A girls-only group designed to empower young women to move with strength and confidence
Ellie is committed to helping young athletes improve performance, build confidence, and most importantly—have fun while doing it.

Our Third Summer Youth Session: Summer Power Prep
Get your young athlete ready for fall with our Summer Power Prep! This 4-session small group series focuses on plyometrics, speed, and explosive power to build a strong foundation for fall sports. Participants will train indoors and outdoors, learning safe techniques and movement patterns to boost performance and prevent injuries—all while having fun and building confidence!
