STEAMBOAT FIT POLICIES
Stay informed about our studio guidelines to ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for all members.

​CANCELLATIONS (CLASSES + MEMBERSHIPS)

​

BOOKING WINDOWS
Classes can be booked 8 days in advance.

​

EARLY CANCELLATIONS (Group Fitness Classes)

Class reservations may be cancelled without penalty by cancelling up to 4 hours prior to the class start time. This may be done online via a client’s account, or by calling the studio during regular operating hours and confirming with studio staff. Once the class is canceled within this time, the class will be returned to the client's account, and the client will not be charged the cancellation fee. If you do not cancel within the 4-hour requisite window, a late-cancel fee of $10 will be charged to your account.

 

EARLY CANCELLATIONS (Reformer Classes)

Reservations for Pilates Reformer Classes may be cancelled without penalty by canceling up to 12 hours prior to the class start time. Cancellations can only be done through the Steamboat Fit App or directly with the front desk team. We require 12 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations made to Pilates Reformer Classes and 24 hours' for private/duet sessions. You will be deducted a class from your punch card for changes made after the allotted time period. Late cancels made on Unlimited Monthly Packages will result in a fee of $25.00.

CANCELLATION POLICY: (No Commitment, Auto-Renewing Memberships)

Auto-renewing memberships without a long-term commitment can be canceled at any time without incurring a cancellation fee. However, notice of cancellation must be provided at least 10 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. No refunds will be provided for failure to cancel after a billing cycle has completed. All cancellations will go into effect prior to the next upcoming billing cycle.

CANCELLATION POLICY: (Commitment Memberships)

If during the original term of this contract you relocate more than a 30 radius from this business, you may cancel this agreement by providing a 30-day written notice and proof of relocation in the form of a newly issued driver’s license or utility bill. Any pre-paid dues will be refunded, except for a cancellation fee of $100.00.

If you wish to cancel this agreement for any other reasons, you must deliver or mail a 30-day written notice to the business. This notice must state you no longer wish to be bound by the contract and must be delivered to: Steamboat Fit at 385 Anglers Dr. Suite D or 1901 Curve Plaza, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. You may also make this request by completing a cancellation request form. A contract cancellation fee of $250 will be charged for early termination of a contract agreement. Auto-renewing memberships which do not require a commitment of a certain length, will not incur a termination fee.

MEMBERSHIP RATES

Membership rates are subject to change at the sole discretion of Steamboat Fit. Members will be provided with a minimum of 15 days' notice prior to any rate adjustments. Any changes in membership rates will not affect the length or terms of the existing contractual agreement. The member's obligations under the contract will remain in force for the duration of the agreed term, regardless of any rate modifications.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

LOST & FOUND

Any articles left over one month will be donated to charity.

​

MINIMUM AGE

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while at the studio. Clients aged 16-17 are required to have a liability form signed by a parent or guardian and must receive approval from a personal trainer to attend classes or use the open gym independently. This ensures proper use of equipment, safety during workouts, and adherence to studio guidelines.

CELL PHONE USAGE

Cell phones should placed on silent and not used during class. If there is an emergency, or if you are a medical professional who is "on call" please let your instructor know prior to the start of class.

​

All membership, class packages, and retails sales are non-transferable and non-refundable.

By subscribing to our e-newsletter, you grant us explicit consent to send you e-newsletters as detailed above to the email address you provide. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link, found in the footer of every email that we send to you. You may also withdraw consent by sending an email request to: info@steamboatfit.com.


We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. By adding your email address to our mailing list, you can be assured that you are not signing up for more than you bargained. All information received will be kept confidential and used strictly for internal purposes. We will only use your email address to send our regular mailings and occasionally information about an event or update. We promise not to clog your inbox!

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Steamboat Fit collects personally identifiable information from you only with your knowledge and consent.

Steamboat Fit uses the services of one leading Software company, MindBody (www.mindbodyonline.com) for web scheduling, registration, order processing and online payments. Please visit their website to acquire information about the company and their Privacy Policies.

When you make a purchase through MindBody Online, they ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card.

MindBody also requires you to create an account by providing your email address and designating a unique access password for future access to your account information. Creating this account allows Mindbody to save your billing information so you won’t have to fill out that information again the next time you make a purchase on their site.

The email address may be used to contact you directly regarding a schedule change or to provide you with a receipt of purchase.
