Rebecca is the owner of Steamboat Fit and a nationally certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. She is a Menopause Nutrition Specialist with advanced training in hormone health, body composition, and functional fitness. Rebecca incorporates her training under Dr. Stacy Sims’ Menopause Nutrition course and draws on research from other leading experts to create a well-rounded, science-backed program that supports women through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

She also follows the GLP-1 Optimizer Protocol and has partnered with numerous local doctors to design effective plans for clients using medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound. In addition, she is a certified GLP-1 Exercise Specialist, helping clients preserve muscle mass, improve energy, and stay active throughout their medical weight loss journey.
Rebecca’s approach is rooted in research and designed to be empowering, sustainable, and tailored to each client’s unique lifestyle and goals.
