Personal training with Deanna
Deanna McCurdy is an experienced coach and fitness professional with a lifelong passion for helping others move, grow, and thrive. As a USA Triathlon Level I and USA Cycling Level II coach, she has spent the past 15 years developing personalized training programs that build strength, endurance, and confidence in athletes of all levels.
With degrees in Exercise Science and Physical Therapy as well as formerly practicing as a Neuromuscular Therapist, Deanna brings a holistic approach to training that blends movement, recovery, and motivation. She strives to meet every client where they are—empowering them to uncover their personal “why” and achieve sustainable, meaningful results.

A lifelong endurance athlete, special needs advocate, and founder of Team Miles for Smiles, a charity endurance sports team which raises awareness and funds to support Angelman Syndrome research, Deanna inspires others through both her coaching and her example—proving that fitness is not just about performance, but about finding joy and purpose in the journey to reach a goal or finish line. Now in her early 50’s, she has found a passion for helping women navigate through the peri- and post-menopausal transition years, proving that given the right tools- cardiovascular exercise, proper nutrition, strength training and a mindful approach to recovery- they can not only be successful, but also thrive in their 40’s, 50’s, and beyond.

When not at the gym, Deanna can be found running and mountain biking on the trails around Steamboat with her husband and friends, partnering with her daughter for mountain bike and gravel races, and cross country skiing or fat tire biking once the snow covers the ground.
