Personal training with Lindsay
Lindsay has worked as a physical therapist since 2011 and as an athletic trainer since 2007. While working on her Bachelor of Science degree and becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Lindsay worked with many of the varsity athletic teams. After graduating, Lindsay worked as the Head Athletic Trainer at a Division III college. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Boston University. Her clinical interests originated in sports medicine and have continued with a focus on orthopedics. Lindsay has completed her 200 Hour Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher training and is Barre Intensity certified. She is also certified in the Functional Movement Screen and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment. Lindsay combines her clinical expertise with each client’s goals to improve their movement patterns and get them back to the activities they love. Lindsay spends her free time enjoying the outdoors by hiking, mountain biking, and skiing with her family.
