I want to live in a world where choosing curiosity is the norm.
● Curious George will always be my favorite story book character. He may get into trouble but he is always striving to understand the world around him better, and make people around him smile while doing it.


I am a human moving and always have been.
● Growing up as an athlete I had my fair share of success and failure that only fostered my love of movement and a desire to help myself move better. From here the desire to help others came very naturally.


I am a coach and a teammate.
● I work with my clients to get them from where they are to where they want to be, effectively and efficiently.


I believe that humans are motivated by three categories of drivers, physical, biological, and behavioral.
● My training focuses on meeting my clients where they are at, while helping them set and meet their goals, short and/or long term.

 

I believe there are three basic emotional drivers, fear, pain, and guilt.
● Fear to confidence, pain to comfort, and guilt to compassion. By utilizing and developing an understanding of these drivers, clients can help themselves to overcome lifes ‘features.’


I believe that physical movement occurs in three planes, sagittal, frontal, and transverse. And that all movement is affected by gravity and its counterpart ground reaction force.
● Every training session will involve clients moving in all three planes while utilizing the constant of gravity to help clients to achieve the adaptations they are looking for


I believe that if you move any one thing, everything changes.
