Personal training with erica
Erica has been a trainer since 2016, beginning with a Group Fitness Certification and later expanding into personal training and yoga. In 2019, she earned a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology—equipping her with both the expertise to design safe, effective programs and the insight to understand the mental side of motivation, behavior change, and performance.
Her background is diverse, with experience in hospital settings, school strength and conditioning programs, group fitness studios, yoga classes, and one-on-one training. Erica specializes in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and sports-specific performance, and has had the privilege of training clients ranging in age from 16 to 85.

A strong advocate for adaptive fitness, Erica has dedicated much of her career to supporting athletes of all abilities through group fitness, yoga, skiing, and personal training. This wide range of experience allows her to meet clients exactly where they are and help them reach their goals safely and effectively.

At her core, Erica’s mission is simple: to help people move better, feel stronger, and build the confidence to enjoy life to the fullest.
